ENGRAVING

With or without? All depends on your personal preference. Our signature engraving styles were designed to be graphically clean while giving your shift knob a unique aesthetic.

Click the Engraving Options button to see all of our engraving styles.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

With the weight in all the right places, Slammer redefines your shifting experience through the look and feel of how you shift into gear. You will experience smoother and faster shifts!

How? Weight in motion directly relates to how an object will react to an opposing force. In this case, the opposing force is the gate pattern and counter springs that are connected to your shift arm that tell you the shift pattern of your car. The difference felt when shifting into the next gear requires far less effort due to the additional momentum created by the increased mass.

THREADED ADAPTER (TA)

NON-THREADED ADAPTER (NTA)

HOW DOES IT FIT MY CAR?

We take fitment seriously and make Threaded (TA) and Non-threaded (NTA) Adapters that will mount the shift knob on your shifter arm with OEM fit and finish. The adapters requires simple steps to install and allow you to adjust the shift gate engraving orientation with ease.

Click the Adapter Chart button below to help you select the proper adapter for your vehicle.

NO SAGGY SHIFT BOOT

The optional shift boot retainer keeps your shift boot securely retained to the bottom of your shift knob. Simply attach your shift boot to the retainer with the supplied zip tie and slide the boot retainer into the bottom of the shift knob.

You DO NOT need a shift boot retainer if you have a Non-threaded Adapter (NTA) or a car with a reverse lockout.

WILL IT FIT MY HAND?

We specifically designed the Slammer to fit medium to x-large size hands. If you are unsure of your hand size, please click the link below to reference our hand sizing chart.

SHIFTING POSITIONS

The Slammer was designed for multiple shifting positions including side arm, full overhand, angled overhand and overhand shifting positions. To make a shift knob work for all of these positions, the shape of the Slammer is not the traditional ball shaped shift knob. The proper ergonomics behind these shifting positions required a unique shape, one with a diminishing side profile, full form shape at the bottom and a flatter top shape to fill your palm.

DESIGN DRIVEN

We believe in the power of the design process to create incredible products. Every shift knob start it's life as an idea that is translated into countless ideation sketches where form and details evolve. We take those sketches and further develop them in solid modeling software to define the form and ergonomics of the shift knob. The goal of this process is to perfect the balance between form and function to create an unparallelled product and brand experience.

CRAFTED BY US

Manufacturing onshore first is our philosophy. It's not possible to make everything we do in-house but we try to make absolutely as much as we can in our own shop and in the USA.
