TLR-1 is made from grade 5 titanium Ti-6AL-4V for extreme strength, incredible rust and corrosion resistance so your Mini will never have dull and ugly lug bolts. During our testing and research of competitors products, we quickly learned that not all grade 5 titanium is created equal. That’s why we choose a grade and standard of titanium material that is the purest and best available.

The TLR-1 hot forging process forces the grain structure of the material to be uniform and compact which strengthens the tension, shear, and fatigue resistance of our lug bolt. The net result of this process makes the strongest titanium lug bolt we could produce for your Mini.

When installing lug bolts on your Mini you're applying pressure to the wheel face that can cause marring on your expensive beautiful wheels. We didn't want to take any chances of scratching your wheels so we designed floating seats that freely spin during installation but still apply and hold required torque so your wheel face stays scratch free. Our floating seats are replaceable and simply screw on and off the lug bolt.

TLR-1 has conical floating seats so you have proper fitment on your Mini.
