BMW F series Titanium Lug Bolts done The Raceseng Way. At Raceseng we wanted to craft lug bolts that live up to the status of your BMW F series. Made from the highest grade titanium we could source and forged with a unique drive feature that adds a superior layer of security for your wheels.

TLR-1 titanium lug bolts are offered in; M14x1.25mm. TLR-1 has a floating seat of Conical seats depending on your wheel setup.

EXOTIC MATERIALS

FORGED FROM PURE
GRADE 5 TITANIUM

TLR-1 is made from grade 5 titanium Ti-6AL-4V for extreme strength, incredible rust and corrosion resistance so your BMW F series will never have dull and ugly lug bolts. During our testing and research of competitors products, we quickly learned that not all grade 5 titanium is created equal. That’s why we choose a grade and standard of titanium material that is the purest and best available.

The TLR-1 hot forging process forces the grain structure of the material to be uniform and compact which strengthens the tension, shear, and fatigue resistance of our lug bolt. The net result of this process makes the strongest titanium lug nut we could produce for the BMW platform.

BUILT IN SECURITY

EVERY LUG BOLT
IS A WHEEL LOCK

Most lug bolt sets feature 16 normal lug bolts and 4 security lug bolts that require a special tool. That wasn’t enough for us which is why we created our own security based drive system called R-Drive.

R-Drive is a custom internal drive feature unique to Raceseng so all 20 lug bolts are actually security lug bolts. This unique internal drive feature allowed us to design a beautiful round lug bolt that will never become worn on the outside from installing or removal. Making these the best looking and safest titanium lug bolts we could produce for your BMW.

FLOATING SEATS

NON-MARRING

When installing lug bolts on your BMW you're applying pressure to the wheel face that can cause marring on your expensive beautiful wheels. We didn't want to take any chances of scratching your wheels so we designed floating seats that freely spin during installation but still apply and hold required torque so your wheel face stays scratch free. Our floating seats are replaceable and simply screw on and off the lug bolt.

Lug Bolt seats are available in Conical seats. Please refer to our fitment chart on the product pages to see when floating seat option you will need depending on your wheels.
