We looked around the market and saw nothing but shift knob extenders that look like poorly fitted sticks attached to the shifter arm, with exposed jam nuts and a lack of design. We took the opportunity to use our brains, design prowess and manufacturing skills to create an extender that addressed these issues.

We designed tightening flats into the Extender to make installation simple. The beauty behind the design of the flats is how they are hidden when the shift knob is installed!

CAR CONTROL
During intense track and autox driving, maintaining consistent control of the steering wheel by having 2 hands on the wheel improves car control and reduces lap times. By decreasing the distance between the steering wheel and shift knob, you reduce your hands travel time between the steering wheel and shift knob keeping your hands on the wheel more.
Each car has a different height relationship between the center console and the steering wheel. We suggest keeping the top of the shift knob between the steering wheel’s 4 or 5 o’clock position.
REDUCED SHIFTING EFFORT
By raising the height of the shift knob, you are increasing your mechanical leverage and reducing the effort required to make those quick shifts while on track or the street.
DESIGNED TO COMPLIMENT
We're tired of seeing poorly designed shift knob extenders that detract from your car's interior. The Extender was intentionally designed to have a nice, proportional visual relationship between your reverse lockout and shift boot. The satin anodized finish has a premium look while not standing out from your interior. The contrast cut icon provides that subtle touch of detail and marks the design and craftsmanship of Raceseng products.
REVERSE LOCKOUT FITMENT
We strive to make our products fit as good as they look. The Extender is compatible on cars with a reverse lockout. We designed a 23mm reverse lockout opening into the bottom of the handle.
NO REVERSE LOCKOUT FITMENT
The Extender is compatible on cars without a reverse lockout. Our optional Shift Boot Retainer is required to attach the shift boot to the Extender.
NO SAGGY SHIFT BOOT
The optional shift boot retainer keeps your shift boot securely retained to the bottom of your shift knob. Simply attach your shift boot to the retainer with the supplied zip tie and slide the boot retainer into the bottom of the shift knob.
The shift boot retainer is not required if you have a car with a reverse lockout.
SHIFT KNOB COMPATIBILITY
The Extender will work with any aftermarket or OEM shift knob that has the same thread spec as your shifter arm.
Raceseng shift knobs fit on the Extender by installing the adapter on the Extender first.
